Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These instructions explain how to request deletion of personal information held by Clip Mora Films Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the Clip Mora Films brand. They also describe how users who connected with us through Facebook or another Meta service can remove that connection and request deletion of associated data.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to delete personal information we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other covered jurisdictions may have deletion rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws.

We will honor a valid request unless applicable law permits or requires us to retain particular information. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination or a reduced level of service.

What We Delete

After verifying a request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester that is not subject to a lawful retention requirement. Depending on your interactions with Clip Mora Films, this may include contact details, correspondence, project inquiries, account or profile identifiers, website-submission data, marketing preferences, and information received through an authorized Facebook or Meta integration.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and deleted or overwritten according to our standard retention cycle.

What We May Retain

We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or security incidents, document privacy requests, or establish and defend legal claims. We may also retain transaction records required for tax, accounting, audit, and corporate recordkeeping purposes. Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and kept only for the period required by law or legitimate business necessity.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. In your message, include:

  1. Your full name and the email address or account identifier used when interacting with Clip Mora Films.
  2. A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.
  3. A brief description of the service, form, project inquiry, or Meta connection involved.
  4. If applicable, your Facebook or Meta user ID and the approximate date you connected the service.
  5. The country and state or region where you reside, so we can apply the appropriate privacy requirements.

Please do not send passwords, government identification numbers, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Data from Facebook or Meta

To stop future access, remove the Clip Mora Films integration through your Facebook settings. In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, select Settings, then review Apps and Websites or Business Integrations and remove the relevant connection. Menu names may vary by device or Meta product.

Removing an integration does not always delete information previously provided to us. To request deletion of associated records, also email us using the process above and identify the Facebook or Meta account involved.

Verification

To protect personal information, we may verify that the requester controls the email address or account connected to the records. We may ask for additional details reasonably necessary to match the request with our records. Authorized agents must provide evidence of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with the individual.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within seven days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably necessary because of request complexity, legal requirements, or backup processes, we will explain the reason and provide an updated completion date.
